Sina Mohammadi, a 24-year-old sociology student at University of Kurdistan, was arrested early this morning (Wednesday, September 18, 2024), after the Kurdistan Intelligence forces attacked his family’s home in the city of Balban Abad. He was subjected to violence and physical assault before being detained and transferred to an unknown location.
This comes as reports indicate that the Pezeshkian government, in a joint security project managed by the Supreme Leader’s Office and the Ministry of Intelligence, is trying to present the environment in Iranian universities as non-repressive. However, over time, the truth will be revealed!
