Kimia Torkashvand, an architecture student, for unknown reasons, attempted suicide in the women’s dormitory of Bu-Ali Sina University in Hamedan. Due to delayed efforts by governmental authorities to rescue her, she lost her life. University security’s 40-minute delay in allowing the ambulance entry contributed to the death of this young student.
