Following the revelation of budget documents allocated for suppressing the country’s universities and installing hundreds of security cameras on universities premises, documents obtained by #Amirkabir_Newsletter indicate that recently the plan to install cameras on the uniforms of university security personnel has reached the implementation phase.
These cameras, branded as #BOBLOV and priced at 100 million Rial (IRR) each, have been installed on the uniforms of security forces at Sharif University of Technology. According to security media reports from Sharif University, the aim of such a project is stated to be monitoring the performance of security personnel #guards and #regulations; however, it is clear that this #security_project seeks more control over the space and suppression, and any footage detrimental to security forces will certainly be erased, similar to the fate of the interrogation footage of #Mahsa_Amini in the guidance patrol vehicle.
In the coming days, we might witness widespread distribution of these security cameras across the administrative level of university security departments nationwide!!!
