بنابر حکم شعبه ۲۹ بیدادگاه انقلاب، به ریاست قاضی علی مظلوم، #مطهره_گونه‌ای به اتهام “فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به نفع رسانه‌های ضدانقلاب” به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
مصداق آن، اعتراض به حکم اعدام #توماج_صالحی و سایر نوشته‌های وی بوده است.
او همچنین ضمن تشکر از وکلای خود آقایان نیلی و بهزاد راد، افزود:
«از اتهامات توهین به رهبری و اخلال در نظم عمومی تبرئه شدم.
آقای #خشایار_سفیدی نیز در پرونده‌ای مشترک با بنده، به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام، به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شدند.»

According to the verdict of Branch 29 of the Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Ali Mazloum, Motahare Goonei has been sentenced to one year of imprisonment on charges of “anti-regime propaganda in favor of anti-revolutionary media.” This relates to his protest against the death sentence of #Tomaj_Salehi and his other writings. He also expressed gratitude to his lawyers, Mr. Neili and Behzad Rad, adding, “I have been acquitted of charges of insulting the leadership and disrupting public order.”
“Mr. #Khashayar_Sefidi has also been sentenced to one year of imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the regime in a joint case with me.”
