Mostafa Nili, the lawyer for Ali Younesi and Amirhossein Moradi, two imprisoned students, announced that their enforceable prison sentence has been reduced from 10 years to 6 years and 8 months after the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic accepted their retrial request. These Sharif University students were arrested following a case built by the Ministry of Intelligence under Rouhani’s government and have spent nearly five years in prison so far.
