Pictures from today’s protest (Sunday, September 7, 2025) shows a group of students at Tarbiat Modares University staging a demonstration in response to the “severe decline in food quality” and “disorder in meal distribution.” The footage captures students in front of the university cafeteria engaging in a hunger strike. They can be seen placing their meal trays on the ground in unison and refusing to accept or consume food from the cafeteria.
