#سردار_شاهمرادیان، دانشجوی مهندسی پزشکی دانشگاه علمی کاربردی سنندج، روز شنبه ۲۰ مرداد پس از گذشت ۱۸ ماه از زمان بازداشتش با قرار وثیقه ۷ میلیارد تومانی از زندان سنندج آزاد شد. بنا بر اطلاعات منتشره، وی در تاریخ ۶ دی ۱۴۰۱، در جریان جنبش زن، زندگی، آزادی بازداشت و پس از گذراندن دو ماه در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات سنندج، به بند عمومی منتقل شده بود. به گزارش رسانه حقوقبشری ههنگاو، این دانشجو از سوی نهادهای امنیتی به محاربه متهم شده و در زمان بازداشت و بازجویی از حقوق اولیه همچون حق دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده و تحت شکنجههای جسمی قرار داشته است به طوری که از ناحیه دست دچار شکستگی میشود.
