بنابر گزارش شورای صنفی دانشگاه نوشیروانی بابل، پس از برگزاری جلسه‌ای تصمیم به اخراج فرد خاطی بخش تاسیسات از دانشگاه تا صدور نهایی حکم قضایی را گرفته است. همچنین سرپرست وقت خوابگاه ریحانه تا اطلاع ثانوی تعلیق و به کمیته تخلفات کارمندان معرفی گردید.
واحد حقوقی دانشگاه نیز ملزم به پیگیری قضایی و دفاع از حقوق دانشجوی شاکی در مراجع قضایی شد.

Announcement from the Student Affairs Deputy of Noshirvani University of Technology regarding the assault on a female student in the Reihaneh dormitory:
According to the report of the Student Council of Noshirvani University of Technology, after holding a session, the decision was made to expel the responsible individual from the university until the final judicial verdict is issued. Additionally, the current supervisor of the Reihaneh dormitory has been suspended until further notice and referred to the disciplinary committee for staff. The university’s legal department is also obligated to pursue legal action and defend the rights of the complaining student in the judicial authorities.
